Human Resource Trainee, HR Analytics [GRIT@Gov]

This traineeship provides an opportunity to learn on the job; the role supports strategic organisational development interventions and programmes.

• Support in the action planning workshops based on FY2025 Employee Engagement Survey (ESS) insights; assist in implementation and tracking of interventions and initiatives.
• Develop interactive system/dashboard to visualise and track workforce metrics and trends.
• Establish People & Culture risk registers management through workforce analytics, implement monitoring systems with key risk indicators and early warning mechanisms integrated with existing HR platforms, and develop tailored mitigation strategies including preventive measures, contingency planning, and risk transfer mechanisms.
