Human Resources Advisor

Eden Rose is currently partnering with a growing international professional services business to appoint a Human Resources (HR) Advisor in the Dubai, UAE office location.

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the Human Resources Advisor will support businesses across the UAE, UK and US. This is a hands‑on role suited to an HR professional who is confident providing practical advice to managers while also delivering day‑to‑day HR operations across the employee lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Offer support to managers and employees with employee relations, performance management, onboarding, offboarding, payroll coordination, and policy guidance.
• Build strong relationships with managers and employees, acting as a reliable first point of contact for HR queries.
