Position OverviewWe are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Assistant to support the day-to-day HR operations of the organization. The successful candidate will assist with employee administration, recruitment coordination, HR records management, onboarding activities, and general HR support functions.
Key Responsibilities HR Administration- Prepare employee letters and HR-related documentation, including employment certificates, salary certificates, NOCs, and other official correspondence.
- Prepare employment contracts, contract amendments, and service agreements for associates and consultants.
- Maintain accurate employee records in both HRIS and physical personnel files.
- Track employee leave balances, leave plans, and attendance records.
