Fallow was founded by three individuals in May 2019, two chefs Jack Croft and William Murray, and career hospitality entrepreneur James Robson. We are seeking a highly organised, people-focused, and proactive Hospitality HR Assistant to support the day-to-day HR operations across our growing restaurant group. Working closely with the Recruitment Manager, Learning & Development Manager, and Group Head of HR & People, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle.
