They will be developing and implementing the brand's HR goals to improve company performance and employee experience. Being responsible, innovative, with good multitasking skills and a high attention to detail are expected qualities for this position. This dedicated and dynamic Human Resources Associate will be working under the Managing Partners. They will play a key role in supporting the HR functions for Penny Pairs, Gabbie Jewelry, and Moai, ensuring seamless HR operations and contributing to the overall success of the company. This role requires a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment.
