Pw C is looking for a BUHC/ HRBP professional to partner with business teams and support key Human Capital initiatives.
Experience: 6+ years
Location: Bangalore
Key Responsibilities:
Work closely with the Business team to help drive HC strategies.
Active involvement in the performance appraisal process for the LOS.
Drive functional and cross-functional initiatives.
Coordinating with peers from other locations to work on common projects, as and when required.
Coordinating with HC Shared Services teams for various inputs relating to the employee life cycle.
Thorough understanding of Human Capital policies and processes for 100% closure of HC queries.
Deep understanding of the business and ability to stay updated on the competitive landscape.
Coordinating with the recruitment team to maintain necessary dashboards.
Assisting in change management initiatives.
