Job Description
- As an experienced HR Business Partner, you will be the contact person for our managers and employees in all HR-related and labour law issues, both operationally and strategically.
- Proactively manage and resolve employee relations concerns, ensuring all processes (identification, reporting, investigation, resolution) align with legal and internal standards.
- Partner with the business on organisation design and re-design activity to improve business performance.
- Implement, and continuously optimise HR processes and diversity initiatives, ensuring alignment with best practices and maximum efficiency
- Review and analyse data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve employee performance, retention, and employee engagement, presenting patterns and insight to business stakeholders on a weekly basis, along with proposed solutions and action where required
