Leading multinational organization to identify an experienced HR Business Partner to support a diverse and dynamic business environment. This is a search for a strategic HR professional who thrives in fast‑paced, matrixed organizations and enjoys working closely with senior leaders.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, aligning people initiatives with business objectives.
• Provide guidance and coaching to leaders on organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, performance management, and employee engagement.
• Lead and support key HR processes including talent management, succession planning, performance cycles, and employee relations.
• Partner with Centers of Excellence (Talent, Rewards, Learning, DE&I) to implement integral and regional HR initiatives.
• Support organizational change initiatives, including restructurings, cultural transformations, and leadership development efforts.
