Human Resources Business Partner

The ideal candidate will have experience in all areas related to the human resources field. They should be comfortable onboarding new candidates and collecting necessary background information as well as assisting employees while at work. This candidate should work closely with management in order to provide training for employees and establish ways to increase employee engagement.

Responsibilities

• Manage end to end Recruitments and employee life cycle
• Knowledge of HR Operations (Payroll, Compliances)
• Employee Relations: Handle employee relations issues and ensure effective management of grievances. Provide guidance and support on disciplinary actions.
• Talent Management: Assist in talent acquisition, retention strategies, and succession planning. Partner with management to identify and nurture high-potential employees.
