Opportunity Description
Responsibilities:
To lead Human Resources processes and practice for the region.
Collaborate with business and build a Talent Pool across functions of Sales, Credit and Operations.
Manage hiring for the region and deliver on the staffing plan within TAT.
Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances
Work closely with regional leadership and employees to improve work relationships and build a culture of excellence.
Drive HR programmes in the region
Identify training needs for teams and individuals
To build a strong employer brand proposition with best in class delivery in the region.
Requirements:
MBA in HR
Should have solid experience with Recruitment and Employee lifecycle management in BFSI Sector.
This position will report into the Lead HR and work with senior managers
Excellent people management skills
Analytical and goal-oriented
Demonstrable experience with HR metrics
