我们正在寻找一位扎根新加坡、兼具战略视野与落地执行力的 HRBP,重点负责招聘体系搭建与绩效管理推行。
We are looking for a Singapore-based HRBP with both strategic vision and hands-on execution, focusing on building the recruitment engine and driving performance management.
核心职责 | Key Responsibilities
1. 人才引进 | Talent Acquisition
主导端到端招聘流程,开拓本地及区域渠道,精准支持财富管理等核心业务条线的人才需求。
Lead full-cycle recruitment, develop local and regional sourcing channels, and deliver precise hiring support for wealth management and related business lines.
2. 绩效管理 | Performance Management
落地推行绩效管理体系,协助业务团队设定 KPI/OKR,完整覆盖目标设定、过程辅导至结果校准全周期。
Implement the performance management framework, support business teams in setting KPI/OKR, and manage the full cycle from goal-setting to calibration.
3. HR AI 工具建设 | HR AI Tooling
主导搭建新加坡本地化 HR AI 工具生态,涵盖招聘自动化、绩效分析与员工体验等核心场景。
