We are currently recruiting an HR Business Partner for our Retail population in Madrid . You will regularly visit your stores to build strong, trusted relationships and ensure the smooth running of people processes.

The role of the HR Business Partner is to act as a role model for all UNIQLO and Fast Retailing values and principles, coaching managers in formal and informal HR procedure, developing through coaching their people management skills, and delivering the valuable HR services to our store staff.
