Human Resources Business Partner

We are seeking a versatile HRBP Specialist to join our team, responsible for performing a broad range of human resource functions while leveraging HRIS systems for process efficiency.

Generalist Functions:

• Recruitment and Onboarding:
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and candidate selection.
• Facilitate onboarding programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
• Employee Relations:
• Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and conflict resolution.
• Foster a positive workplace culture and promote employee engagement initiatives.
• Compensation and Benefits:
• Support payroll processing and ensure accurate employee compensation.
• Manage benefits administration, including enrollment and employee queries.
• Compliance and Policies:
