The Animal Rescue League of Iowa (ARL) is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to support key employee programs and processes that contribute to a positive employee experience and a compliant, well-organized workplace.

Reporting directly to the Director of Human Resources, this role is ideal for an HR professional who enjoys the operational side of Human Resources and wants hands-on experience coordinating onboarding, benefits administration, compliance training, and employee records management.
