MAURI is a contemporary Italian restaurant in Seminyak, Bali, inspired by Chef-owner Maurizio Bombini’s roots in the Apulia region of Southern Italy. MAURI offers an intimate fine-dining experience with an à la carte menu, seasonal tasting menu, and a glass-enclosed kitchen where guests can observe the culinary team at work. The venue accommodates up to 40 guests on the ground floor with a chef’s counter for private tastings, and features a Bar & Lounge on the mezzanine serving small bites and cocktails “Aperitivo Style.” The atmosphere reflects Pugliese warmth, intimacy, and trust, which are central to the guest experience and team culture.

Human Resources Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Kuta Utara, supporting MAURI’s people-focused operations and culture.
