Position Summary
The HR Coordinator provides administrative and operational support to the Human Resources function, ensuring efficient execution of HR processes across the employee lifecycle. This role supports recruiting, onboarding and offboarding, compliance, reporting, learning management, and employee support while maintaining accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with applicable employment laws.

Recruitment
- Post open positions on Indeed and any other designated job boards.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings through Indeed and route qualified candidates to hiring managers.
