Human Resources Coordinator

Job Summary:

• The Human Resources Coordinator works under the direction of the Regional Human Resources Manager.


• This position will be responsible for the full cycle of onboarding of field personnel and provide administrative support for day-to-day operations.
• This includes record-keeping, profile maintenance and HRIS entry in JDE.

Work Schedule The work schedule for this position is 7:

• 00am - 4:00pm, Monday through Friday.

Primary Job Function:

• Process all new hires through the life cycle of onboarding.


• Ensure all new hires have completed the physical questionnaire and are released to work for the company.
• Assist the OQ & Training Department with PEC Test validation and PEC card lookup.
• Utilize HRIS system to accurately enter data in JDE and offer assistance to applicants to complete their portion of the onboarding process in Click Board...
