Opportunity Description
As the HR Director, you'll be a strategic but a very hands-on leader responsible for developing, implementing, and managing HR policies, programs, and initiatives that support multiple plant operations. This role oversees all core HR functions—including employee relations, compensation, payroll, benefits, training, and staffing—to ensure a positive employee experience and strong organizational performance.
Looking for multi site and someone with PE/M&A background that has exposure to ESG (environmental social governance) experience as well.
You'll serve as a trusted advisor to plant leadership, ensuring legal compliance, promoting a high‑performance culture, and providing guidance on HR best practices and emerging trends. This role reports directly to the VP of HR, with a strong dotted-line relationship to the Plant Manager.
