We are looking for a strategic HR Director to lead Human Resources across Mexico for a regional executive team. Key Responsibilities Design and implement HR strategies across recruitment, training, retention, compensation, payroll, labor relations, and organizational development, aligned with global objectives. Ensure full compliance with Mexican labor laws and regulations. Lead workforce and talent planning to meet current and future staffing needs across Mexico. Manage headcount and personnel expense budgets, balancing labor costs, productivity, and strategic goals across facilities. Act as a strategic advisor to the executive team, strengthening HR philosophy and supporting effective decision making and business sustainability.
