Human Resources Executive

Nanyang Institute of Management (NIM) is an EduTrust registered Private Education Institution offering a variety of courses. We invite qualified and experienced individuals for the following position:

Salary range: SGD 2500 - 3500

Reporting to: Human Resources Manager

• Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and selection.
• Handle administrative tasks for interview, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
• Maintain and update employee records in Infotech HRMS and personnel files.
• Monitor and process work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations.
• Handle CPF, IR8A, and Tax Clearance IR21 submissions.
• Work closely with the Finance team for processing payroll for Singapore and overseas employees.
• Coordinate employee engagement events to foster a positive work environment.
