Opportunity Description
Schedule: 20 hours per week (4 hours/day); flexible scheduling required based on organizational needs (some mornings, some afternoons)
The Human Resources Coordinator will lead and direct the daily functions of the Human Resources (HR) department. This position is responsible for driving HR efforts across recruitment, policy implementation, benefits administration, and compliance. The HR Coordinator plays a pivotal role in supporting internal talent development, organizational growth, and consistent operational practices across the organization.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Facilitate the talent acquisition process, including recruiting qualified candidates and collaborating with department managers to determine hiring needs.
