The HR Generalist will support daily human resources operations including recruitment, employee relations, onboarding, benefits administration, compliance, and performance management. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information professionally.
Key Responsibilities
+ Manage full-cycle recruitment including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
+ Administer employee benefits and answer employee questions regarding HR policies
