Our client a MNC, is looking for an Arabic-speaking HR Generalis who can handle HR operations, compliance, employee documentation, government-related processes, and HR administration across the Middle East region
What the person will do day-to-day 1. HR Operations & Employee Administration- Manage employee documents, contracts, letters, and records
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes
- Handle employee HR queries and administrative requests.
- Coordinate with HR teams, payroll, immigration, and shared services teams
- Ensure employee data is updated in HR systems.
- Understand UAE, Saudi, Qatar, Kuwait labor laws and HR regulations
- Ensure company policies comply with local laws
- Support audits, legal documentation, and policy updates.
- Maintain statutory and government-required records.
