Human Resources Generalist

Due to the opening of our new plant in Chihuahua City, we are looking for a well‐rounded Human Resources Generalist to support our manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for employee questions and concerns regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs.
Promote positive employee relations through conflict resolution, coaching, and engagement initiatives.
Investigate and address employee complaints or grievances to ensure prompt resolution.
Support onboarding processes, including new‐hire orientation, documentation collection, and training coordination.
Support performance management programs, including employee goal setting and evaluations.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations; participate in audits and generate required HR reports.
Assist in payroll and benefits administration in partnership with HR or payroll teams.
