SUMMARY:
The HR Generalist provides comprehensive human resources support to the HR Manager and contributes to the effective administration of HR programs across construction workforce. The HR Generalist maintains a high level of confidentiality, accuracy, and professionalism while assisting in the delivery of consistent and equitable HR practices.
Classification – Hourly, Non-exempt
Reports to – Human Resource Manager

- Maintain employee records, personnel files, and HRIS data in accordance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
