Job Description
This full-time Human Resources Generalist role provides comprehensive HR support to a manufacturing environment with hourly employees covered by a collective bargaining agreement. The position focuses on employee relations, performance management, onboarding, and HR program administration while ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies. The role is onsite five days a week in Evansville (Fleetwood, PA) and offers the opportunity to grow from a junior-level HR position into a longer-term role, with an initial three-month placement and potential for temp-to-perm conversion.
