Job Description

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (HR field will be an asset)
• 5+ years of relevant work experience, in a manufacturing environment
• Strong federal and state labour law knowledge
• Strong payroll processing knowledge
• Hands on Kronos (UKG) knowledge
• Intermediate to advanced Excel knowledge
• Demonstrating strong compliance with rules and procedures
• Working carefully, paying attention to details

Role Responsibilities:

• Maintain employee data in the Kronos HRIS for all employees
• Maintain employee personal files for all employees
• Payroll processing in Kronos (UKG)
• Benefits and open enrollment process management
• Staffing for all hourly positions. This includes coordinating staffing with temporary staffing agency
