A leading automotive group is seeking a hands-on HR Generalist to join their Head Office HR team. This role focuses on industrial relations, HR administration, compliance, and operational HR support within a fast-paced environment.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS (NON-NEGOTIABLE)

HR Degree or Diploma (or related qualification)

3–5 years' experience as an HR Generalist

Strong Industrial Relations (IR) experience

Strong administrative capability (detail-driven environment)

Proven experience in HR policy drafting and implementation

Fluent in Afrikaans and English (written and verbal)

Valid driver's licence
ADVANTAGEOUS EXPERIENCE (NOT ESSENTIAL)
