The Opportunity

Our client, Encore Auctions , is looking for an HR Generalist to join their team. This role is hands‑on in delivering full-cycle HR support across the organization. Acting as a trusted partner to leaders and employees, ensuring HR practices are professional, compliant, and people‑focused.

Reporting directly to the CEO, you’ll oversee core functions such as recruitment and onboarding, employee relations, performance management, payroll support, health and safety, and benefits administration. This role is instrumental in strengthening quality of hire, supporting employee engagement and retention, and aligning HR programs with the evolving needs of the business.
