Human Resources Generalist - Talent Acquisition

We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist with a strong focus on Talent Acquisition to support and grow our workforce in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role will spend approximately 50% of the time leading full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer support, while also contributing to broader HR Generalist and administrative functions.This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate who enjoys high-volume recruiting, partnership with hiring managers, and the ability to grow into expanded HR responsibilities as the organization scales.Primary Responsibilities (Talent Acquisition – ~50% or more depending on the recruiting cycle)

Lead full-cycle recruitment for hourly and salaried positions, from requisition intake through onboarding
