Opportunity Description
Key Responsibilities :
- Act as the guardian of accurate and timely attendance management.
- Ensure the completeness, accuracy, and confidential upkeep of all employee documents, from onboarding to offboarding.
- Proactively source and attract qualified candidates through various channels - end to end recruitment
- Coordinate and schedule the entire interview process, providing a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
- Assist in planning, organizing, and executing company events (e.g., annual gatherings, team-building activities).
- Coordinate employee training and development programs to foster a culture of continuous growth.
- Utilize HR data to generate reports and provide insights on key metrics like attendance, turnover, and training effectiveness.
- Identify trends and proactively recommend improvements to policies, processes, and systems to enhance efficiency and the employee experience.
