Qualifications

• BS Psychology or Human Resource Management
• At least 5 years of relevant experience
• Organizational, monitoring, and negotiation skills
• Strong work ethic, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Solid understanding of labor laws and regulations in the Philippines

Duties and Responsibilities

This person’s primary responsibility is to introduce policies and procedures that focus on the improvement of the performance of employees, maintain a high level of employees’ satisfaction, and preserve a distinctive corporate culture.
