Description We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager to support employees and leaders at our Bethlehem, Pennsylvania location. This role oversees core HR operations, including employee records, policy guidance, workforce planning, benefits administration, and compliance with employment regulations. The position also serves as a key partner to management on employee relations, labor matters, and programs that strengthen organizational effectiveness.
