Opportunity Description
Description We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager to establish and lead a dedicated HR function for a growing organization in Charlotte, North Carolina. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building practical people programs from the ground up in a smaller, entrepreneurial environment and can balance strategy with day-to-day execution. The HR Manager will partner closely with leadership and managers to strengthen recruiting, onboarding, employee development, compensation practices, and compliance across the business.
