Primary Role: HR Operations & People Enablement

Recruitment, onboarding, learning and employee engagement Employee communication, grievance handling & satisfaction tracking Performance Management Researching AI tools and trends in HR Supporting Organisational Performance Management (OPM) initiatives including alignment, accountability, and performance observations

Secondary Role: Community Building & Team Culture Building
Focus: Building ownership, collaboration, and strong team engagement within A4 G's core community
