Talent Acquisition & Hiring
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for multiple departments.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, references, and recruitment agencies.
- Coordinate interviews and drive closure of positions within timelines.
- Improve quality of hiring and reduce hiring turnaround time.
HR Operations
- Manage employee onboarding and exit formalities.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave management, and HR documentation.
- Draft HR letters, policies, warning letters, and employee communications.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day HR administration.
Employee Engagement
- Conduct employee engagement activities and wellness initiatives.
- Handle employee grievances and workplace concerns professionally.
- Build a positive and performance-driven work culture.
