WHAT YOU'LL OWN:
✅ End-to-end HR for 100+ staff (hospitality, F&B, kitchen, security)
✅ Daily attendance, grievance log, recruitment tracker
✅ SOP compliance walks (you'll be the on-floor HR presence, not desk-bound)
✅ Payroll reconciliation, PF/ESI/PT/TDS, labour audit, license renewals
✅ Performance reviews, conflict resolution, exit interviews
✅ Weekly HR dashboard direct to Founder
✅ Daily 10-staff conversation log (we hear our team)
