About us
Amadora has been making India's finest artisanal ice cream since 2011 — real Alphonso mango, real cream, no premixes, made fresh in our own Chennai kitchen. We're around 30 stores across Chennai, Bangalore and Hyderabad on a franchise-led model, and we're in a serious growth phase: new franchise markets, a capital raise, and a rapidly professionalising back office.
What we don't yet have is a fully built-out people function to match that ambition. That's where you come in.
The role
We're looking for a seasoned HR professional to help us build the systems that let a 30-store business behave like a 100-store one. This is a hands-on, builder role — you'll be designing and implementing, not just advising from the sidelines.
