Financial Additions is working with a growing commercial real estate appraisal and advisory firm seeking an experienced, people-focused HR professional to lead day-to-day people operations, including recruiting, onboarding, and manager support. This role will play a key part in strengthening company culture, enhancing HR processes, and helping build a high-performing, values-driven organization.
HR Manager Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, and offboarding processes to attract, hire, and retain top talent.
