Duties and responsibilities: End-to-end Human Resource Management function. Development of an employee-orientated company culture that emphasizes quality, continuous improvement, teamwork and high performance. Drafting, implementing and enforcing employee-related policies and procedures. Recruiting of staff, performing background screening, interviews, engagement with recruiters, sourcing of candidates and job specifications. Staff retention and top talent strategy and implementation. Performance review processes and monitoring of employee productivity, attitudes and performance results. Develop a Code of Conduct requiring professional behaviour at all times. Human resources administration such as management of employee files. Employee and contractor onboarding.
