Human Resources Manager

We are looking for a seasoned HR Manager to lead and manage the full spectrum of human resources functions at our ice cream manufacturing plant in Paithan. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring someone who can operate at both a strategic and operational level — building a high-performing, compliant, and engaged workforce in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
Lead end-to-end recruitment for plant roles — workers, supervisors, quality, production, logistics, and corporate support functions
Partner with department heads to assess manpower needs and ensure timely hiring
Build sourcing pipelines for skilled and unskilled factory labour in the Aurangabad / Paithan region

HR Operations & Compliance
Ensure full statutory compliance: ESIC, PF, Shops & Establishments Act, Factories Act, Contract Labour Act, and FSSAI-related HR requirements
