Human Resources Manager

McDougall Energy is looking for an experienced and energetic individual to fill the position of Human Resources Manager on a fixed-term 18-month contract. Reporting to the Director, Human Resources, this role will be accountable for supporting and delivering HR services and programs in alignment with company objectives. The primary focus is to provide support to our Corporate Convenience network throughout Ontario.

Responsibilities

• Providing support to managers and employees for all day-to-day related HR inquiries and daily operations of the business
• Leading the recruitment and selection process including job postings, position descriptions, interview, references, and employment offers for all retail roles
