Duties and Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and facilitate employee engagement activities, celebrations, and company events
- Assist in implementing employee wellness, recognition, and morale-boosting programs
- Prepare engagement reports, attendance monitoring, and post-event evaluations
- Assist in developing creative programs that enhance employee satisfaction and retention
- Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns, inquiries, and workplace issues
- Assist in handling disciplinary procedures, incident documentation, and administrative conferences

- Coordinate with department heads regarding employee concerns and workplace relations
