The primary purpose of this position is to to manage one or more of the following personnel programs: DCIPS Performance Management, Incentive/Performance Awards, Records Management, Training, Workers' Compensation, Civilian Deployments, Passport Agent, Time & Attendance management, Government Purchase Card (GPC), Separations/retirements, Benefits & Entitlements, In/out Processing, and Drug Testing. Responsibilities - Assists the Personnel Flight Chief with the DCIPS/DPMAP performance management systems. Develops a comprehensive plan of action with timelines and goals to ensure ACC/A1 CPO suspenses are met. - Manages the AFTAC Civilian Time and Attendance Program.
