Human Resources Regulatory Reporting & Enablement Lead (Hybrid)

We’re seeking someone to join our HR Reporting team as a Human Resources Regulatory Reporting & Enablement Lead, responsible for delivering the firm’s HR regulatory reporting and strengthening how HR reporting products are designed and used, so they meet user needs and support well-informed decisions.

In the Human Resources division, we help the firm support and develop its workforce through people insight, effective service delivery and practical tools that make it easier for employees and managers to get what they need. This is a Vice‑President level position within HR Data & Intelligence, which helps the firm make better workforce decisions by turning data into trusted insight and delivering the reporting, platforms and AI‑supported capabilities that support people’s operations and self‑service access to workforce insight across HR and the business.
