Human Resources Specialist

On behalf of World-famous ICT company - Huawei, we are looking for a passionate HR Specialist to join the team.

Chinese language is mandatory.

• Support HRBPs' daily work, including but not limited to recruitment and employee's allocation, employee relationship, learning and development, and incentives.
• Responsible for the maintenance and tracking management of various human resources data, responsible for the implementation of various human resources routine work processes;
• Support the implementation of tasks such as headcount checking and budget management.
• Support scheduling and organizing important meetings and activities related to HR business.
• Daily data follow-up, collection, analysis, etc.

• Have hands‑ons HR experience and be able to support the HR work of business departments.
• Data analysis ability, skilled in Outlook, PPT, Word...
