Summary About the Position: This position is located in the office of the Chief, Human Capital Division and is located in Falls Church, VA. This position requires a high degree of expertise, initiative, and ability to influence senior leadership on critical human capital matters. This is not a virtual/remote position. You must live within or be willing to relocate within a commutable distance of the identified duty location (Falls Church, Virginia). Responsibilities Collaborate with senior leaders and stakeholders to gain buy-in and ensure alignment of HR strategies with overall organizational goals. Translate complex HR data into actionable insights for senior leadership. Identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement in HR operations. Analyze organizational needs to identify critical human capital challenges. Perform supervisory duties to include advising/counseling employees, performance management, hearing/resolving grievances/complaints, effecting disciplinary measures, etc....
