Department: Human Resources of Factory Site Role Purpose

The HR Specialist will support the end-to-end employee lifecycle and ensure HR operations are aligned with South African labour legislation and company policies. The role focuses on recruitment for sales company and local factory workers, employee relations, compliance, HR administration, and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities 1. Recruitment & Onboarding Manage the full recruitment cycle: job postings, screening, interviewing, offer management and onboarding. Coordinate background checks and reference verification. Ensure a smooth onboarding experience and completion of probation processes. 2. HR Administration & HRIS Maintain accurate employee records, HR databases and personnel files. Prepare employment contracts, letters, and HR documentation.
