Opportunity Description
The ideal candidate will have a passion for HR, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks ranging from recruitment to benefits administration. Key Responsibilities & Duties Recruitment & Staffing: Manage full-cycle recruiting, including posting jobs, screening resumes, conducting interviews, performing background checks, and updating job requirements. Onboarding & Offboarding: Coordinate new hire orientation, prepare onboarding materials, and conduct exit interviews to gather feedback. Benefits & Compensation: Administer employee benefits programs (health insurance, 401(k), etc.), process changes, and assist with payroll inquiries. Employee Records & HRIS: Maintain accurate, up-to-date, and confidential personnel records and employee data in the Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
