The primary purpose of this position is to conduct assessments and develop computer models for use in evaluating trends in personnel programs, particularly the areas of promotion, manning levels, and rated force management. Responsibilities Incumbent is responsible for articulating the problem or objective, formulating concepts, evaluating findings, identifying ramifications, and determining alternatives in context of the Personnel programs examined Develops, evaluates, and uses a variety of syntax, software, and computer programs to monitor officer and enlisted manning levels in the command, identify unfavorable trends, analyze causal factors to determine deficiencies and recommend corrective actions Represents the command at high-level, technical conferences Manages software used by branch to conduct force analysis Requirements Conditions of Employment Qu...
